The privacy policy regulates the manner of handling information, which is processed, i.e. collected by NIVEUS DENTAL CENTAR d.o.o. when visiting our website. NIVEUS DENTAL CENTAR d.o.o. will use your personal information for the purposes of technical website management, analysis of preferences and delivery of general and individualized offers, in order to allow you access to specific information and to communicate with you. We inform you of the possibility that we may make your personal information available to other companies with which NIVEUS DENTAL CENTAR d.o.o. has a partnership relationship, all with the aim of fulfilling the purpose for which the mentioned personal data are collected. The above data will be stored for a period of 3 years, except those for which the applicable legal regulations (especially from accounting) require a longer storage period.

If there is processing consent for promotional purposes that extends to the period following the prescribed deadline, your data will be stored until the withdrawal of consent.

We hereby inform you that you have the right to withdraw consent at any time in whole or in part, by informing NIVEUS DENTAL CENTAR d.o.o. in writing to the address of Grada Mainza 11 Street, 10010 Zagreb with annotation "NIVEUS DENTAL CENTER GDPR" in electronic form at info@niveus-poliklinika.hr or verbally by phone 01/01 2046 163. Furthermore, upon receipt of a Statement on the withdrawal of consent, we will confirm receipt in writing and the personal data covered by the withdrawal statement will no longer be processed starting from the withdrawal date. Please note that all processing and/or transfers made up to the withdrawal date will remain legally valid.
In addition to the right to withdraw consent, users have the right to access and confirmation, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, from NIVEUS DENTAL CENTRA d.o.o. regarding personal data, the right to a correction, the right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”), the right to limit processing, the right to transfer data and the right to complain.
