The All-on-4 method was patented by Nobel Biocare whose implants we recommend. It is a fixed bridge for the edentulous upper or lower jaw that is anchored to four specially placed implants and is additionally fastened with screws.
Such a solution has many advantages, and is ideal for people who do not have their own teeth or have only a few remaining teeth in their jaw.

Procedure and duration
Depending on the number of implants, the surgeon will arrange the expected duration before the procedure itself. With local anesthesia, two implants are placed perpendicularly to the center of the jaw while the implants in the back of the mouth are placed at a 45-degree angle to achieve the effect that the implant comes out in the lower premolar area. This method allows to circumvent all critical areas with reduced bone volume.

Vlatko Lovrinić, DMD, is our specialist in oral surgery. He was born in Zagreb in 1979, graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Zagreb in 2004, and he completed the specialist examination in oral surgery in 2009. He stayed on several occasions at universities in the US (Oregon Health Sciences University, Portland; Loma Linda University, California), where he became well acquainted with the program, achievements and work of these prestigious centers. He regularly participates in numerous congresses and professional lectures in dental implantology and oral surgery. It is a professional and private pleasure to work and spend time with Dr. Lovrinić, and you can be sure you are always in the right hands!
